Not at all. Some clients come in with a clear goal, while others just know they want something to shift in their lives. Part of our work together can involve identifying what matters to you and where to start. Clarity often comes through conversation, not before it.

Yes. Everything you share in our sessions stays between us, with the exception of situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
I take your privacy seriously and aim to create a space where you can be fully yourself without fear of judgment.

Coaching is commonly defined as a process to help improve a person's performance. It is a collaborative process that helps a person change in the way they wish to change. Coaching builds awareness, empowers choice, and leads to change. Coaching will help you better understand how your mind works, so you can build the life you want. This program is not meant to diagnose mental illness, prescribe medication, or be used for urgent health crises. Coaching is not therapy nor a substitute for therapy, and Axel is not a licensed medical professional.

As of this moment, all coaching sessions are carried out virtually through Discord or through Zoom. If a client wishes to have video calls through a different service that could be arranged.

Therapy often centers on diagnosing and treating mental illness. Coaching, by contrast, focuses on building skills, setting goals, and navigating challenges through a strengths-based approach. Both can be deeply transformative, but coaching is not a substitute for therapy and is not intended to treat clinical conditions.

You can expect a supportive space centered on your goals, challenges, and personal growth. Whether you are looking to build healthier habits, increase self awareness, or navigate a major life transition, I will guide the process in a way that is structured but flexible.
Coaching is a collaborative relationship. It is not about fixing you, but helping you access the tools and insight you already carry.
